My Favourite Hot Chocolate Recipe!

Hi guys! Something I've been loving lately is hot chocolate. Creamy, chocolatey, hot goodness! So, I put on my apron and perfected my homemade hot chocolate recipe and here it is to share with you!

Pull out your favourite mug from the cupboard and put the amount of milk you want in the mug. I prefer to leave about 1 cm of room from the top for stirring room.

Pour the milk into a pot and put the heat on high until the milk looks frothy. If you need hot cocoa quick and don't have time to do this step, put the milk in the microwave {check every minute till it is hot enough}. It will just be less frothy.

Now put about 1.5 teaspoons of cocoa into the bottom of the mug, as well as 1 tablespoon of sugar. You can put more or less of each ingredient in depending how chocolatey/sweet you want your hot chocolate.

Carefully pour the hot milk into the mug and stir.

Your hot chocolate is done!

Taste and see if you want to add anymore cocoa or sugar! It all depends on the person. I like mine very sweet! Hope you make and enjoy!
