Simple Berry Smoothie and Smoothie Pops!

Hello everyone! I am so, so sorry I have been gone so long! My last post explains my absence so I won't go into detail, but let me tell you, I love WiFi! Anyway, into this weeks post! For these holidays I have been staying Canada, where it is extremely hot, (you never would have thought!) so I thought I might share my favourite berry smoothie. You can also turn this into an amazingly cold popsicle. Here is the recipe!

Cut up about 4 medium sized strawberries.

Grab around 8 raspberries. (or 1/3 of the packet)

Take out your choice of yogurt, I prefer greek, but plain works fine as well. Estimate the amount of yogurt and pour it into the blender, as well as the berries.

Blend!

Now, comes the variables. For this smoothie you could leave it as is, or you could add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix. Also, before making the smoothie you could freeze the yogurt to make the texture of the smoothie like sorbet. Then you could put it into a bowl with granola and it is more like homemade berry yogurt. You also put the smoothie into popsicle moulds and let them freeze, which makes smoothie pops a delicious cold treat! So, choose your variable or leave the smoothie as is!
